General guidelines: All items must be small enough to be easily carried by one person. NO microwaves, gas engines or holiday light strings.
You are invited to bring as many items as you have in each category. Sharpening and sewing are limited to three items or 30 minutes of fixing, whichever comes first. We will only work on one item (or set of items) at a time. Additional repairs can be completed during the event by filling out additional repair tickets or you’ll have the option of “remote” repair where we barcode your items and complete the fix later and return your items to you through a partnering library branch. Remote repair may be used if your items need more tools, parts or expertise, as well.
