Kraftskiva – Summer Crayfish Party

Blu Van foods (our brother’s ancestrally themed mobile catering company) is now our in-house food purveyor!!

We will be throwing our first semi-authentic Nordic summertime cray fish party, complete with paper hats and accordion-paying Scandinavians. These events are always one of a kind and you know we turn it up with the menu (*posted some pics here of previous barn dinner fare so you know we walk the walk).

MENU: appetizer smörgåsbords with PNW-inspired Nordic bites (e.g. skagenröra and pickled things), smoked sausages, cray fish served cold, corn on the cob, herbaceous potato salad, dark bread, big-flavor cheese, etc. Dessert fer sure.

Ticket price includes music, food, all of it. The event does not include alcohol, but we cannot afford a security bouncer to search your bags. Gluten free options will be available, but this one is not a vegan-friendly dinner.

Parking can be an issue, so those of you who carpool get first dibs on dessert and complimentary prizes. Limited seats available for optimum enjoyment of the event.
