What sets you apart from other agents?
I’m a community-oriented realtor. I limit the number of clients I work with because I want to make sure that every client gets as much time as they need. I believe that when you give to the world, the world will give back so I focus a lot of my time on providing info and connecting the community instead of maximizing my profits.
What kind of dog do you have?
I currently have Kirby who is a 7 year old Pitbull/Lab mix. He is 60 lbs of cuddles and the goofiest dog I’ve ever met. He was found by My Way Home Rescue in the woods in Sandy, OR.
What’s is your home buying process like?
We meet at your favorite coffee shop or my office and talk about you and your house goals. I walk you through the home buying timeline, buyer representation and what that means, and answer any questions you have.
What is your home selling process like?
We start with a sit down to talk about numbers, expectations, and marketing strategy. I walk you through your net sheet to determine what your profit from the sale is and then we walk through the house and come up with a list of what needs to be done to get the house ready for the market. Then I send cleaners to your home for a free deep clean, take amazing pictures and videos of the house, and sell it!
How do you support the community?
I donate to several nonprofits such as Dogpaw, Fish, BBBS, and more. I shout out local businesses and nonprofits in my newsletter. I host the best event calendar in Vancouver. My closing gifts consist of locally made or locally sold goodies. Lastly, I give away $50 gift cards every month to local businesses in Vancouver, you can enter through my newsletter or instagram!
How long have you been in business?
I started in April 2021 and since then I’ve worked with many clients to find their perfect homes. My clients love me because I’m relatable and I share the same interests and sometimes we end up becoming friends after the sale is done.
What’s my favorite board game?
I love Above & Below, Sushi Go, and recently fell in love with Blood on the Clock Tower. I love simpler games with a social element so I can bond with people.
I heard you play Dungeons & Dragons?
Yes I do! I currently play an (overpowered) elf monk but we recently started the ATLA ttrpg set in the earth kingdom.
What do you mean by helping me find a community?
I believe that people are happiest at their house when they also love their neighbors and their community. I have extensive knowledge of what goes on in the city and I’m happy to help you find where you can fit in. I want to be your resource for finding things to do in town or needing a contractor to work on your house.
