Every house comes with a story and I love writing a chapter in all of them.

590 Waterfront Way
My most beautiful listing to date! I knew the seller through my DOGPAW nonprofit and he wanted to sell this beautiful condo and move out of state. We knew this was going to be a tough sale. Even though it was a beautiful unit, it had a calling for a particular lifestyle and needed a unique buyer. And we found them! I connected with a couple from San Francisco who was thinking about making Vancouver their next home. I met them and showed them the unit and our beautiful Waterfront and they were sold!

I love referrals! The sweetest family was referred to me by a friend. We chatted about what was important in their new home and got started on the process. Since they were out of state buyers, time was of the essence. They had plan to fly up and see a ton of houses over the weekend but this beautiful house caught their eye. I went in and shot a video tour of the property and the neighborhood and they were sold! Despite the hot market, I was able to get their offer accepted on the first try, beating out a higher price offer with our better terms.

My buyers were looking in the market for a while. They loved the older bungalow style homes and were prepared to move out to Longview to afford their first place. Fortunately, this home came back on the market at the exact right time and we were able to snag this beautiful home for them! It was perfect and match their every needs. And even better, this home came with a little history and we found a Hidden brick inside one of the basement walls.

This one is dear to my heart. The seller was the president of my nonprofit and she was moving to the East Coast to be with her new husband. I put in a lot of my personal time to help clean the yard, pack everything, and lightly stage the house before the photographer showed up. The best part was that I was able to donate $1,400 back into the nonprofit we volunteered for and give back!

I met these wonderful buyers on a Facebook group. They were from out of state and wanted to move closer to their daughter. At the height of the market we got into contract but had to back out because of poor inspection. They ended up putting their search on pause to destress and go on a long summer vacation. When they were ready to come back, we jumped right into it and found this house that was loved and well maintained by the previous owner and we got it for under listing price!

I've been a long time customer and friend of Flat Tack Farm. Buying land on a farmer's income was difficult but we made it work. Simultaneously, the owner's brother was shopping at the same time and when interest rate climbed up, we combined their buying power to get them this beautiful piece of property in Cathlamet. Eventually this will turn into their own farm property!

This one was a whirlwind of a transaction gone wrong. The seller listed the house with a different company but after weeks of no answers she was running of time because she was moving out of state. She cancelled her listing and called me and I was able to get her home on the market and find a buyer for her house just in time. As a parting gift, I had her home professionally cleaned so she could focus on finishing her move.

My wonderful buyer was ready to move on from her apartment. Originally she wanted a much bigger house but after talking she realized she didn't need as much space as she thought. We found this great condo with an open layout that allowed her to do everything she wanted: entertain her guests, extra space for storage, small easy backyard for her dog, and most importantly her new home would be easy to maintained! It was love at first sight!
