The series kicks off with the essentials — fermentation, distillation, barrel aging, and the four major whiskey styles, poured side by side. By the end of the hour, you’ll have a working framework for understanding any whiskey you encounter. Led by Philip Pearson, Spirits Captain for El Gaucho Vancouver and Witness Tree Lounge.
