Monster Mugs – Hand Building Workshop

Are you ready to get your hands dirty and create something spooktacular? Join us for an unforgettable 2-hour ceramic monster mug workshop! Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced potter, this workshop is designed for every skill level (kids will need the help of a parent).

Our instructors will lead you through the process of hand-building your very own ceramic monster mug. From building your mug to adding eerie surface decorations, we’ve got you covered. This workshop allows you to let your imagination run wild as you create a unique, spooky (or not so spooky) masterpiece.

After the workshop, we’ll take care of the kiln-firing process. You’ll return in a few weeks to pick up your monster mug, complete with a single color glaze of your choice.

Dress comfortably and be prepared to embrace your inner monster. We recommend wearing clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy. We’ll provide the aprons and the fun!

Workshop Details:

-Date & Time: Thursday October 8th 6:00-8:00pm, and Sunday October 18th 3:30-5:30pm.

-Location: Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660
Metered street parking downtown, or secure parking is available one block away in the Lot #18 Park ‘n Go Vancouver Center Garage.

-Price: $65 per person

-What’s Included: A two hour guided workshop on how to hand-build and add spooky surface design to a ceramic mug, and one single color glazed and fired mug to be picked up a few weeks after the workshop.

-Attire: Dress ready to play with clay and get a little messy!
