Toddler Clay Date
Monthly on the first Monday at 10:00 AM
Bring your littles (Ages 0-5) into the studio from 10:00-11:30am for a sensory play date of artistic exploration where where kids will explore the pottery wheel, hand-building, water play, and more! Introduce them to new types of art in an open-ended way. It’s never too early to start!
Sensory play is a vital part of early childhood development, promoting cognitive, physical, and emotional growth. It fosters exploration, enhances fine and gross motor skills, encourages problem-solving, and nurtures creativity.
$15 for each child, accompanying adults do not need to purchase a spot. Includes private access to the studio for this event, as well as coffee and tea for parents & guardians. The studio will otherwise be closed to the public.
Activity stations are set up around the studio- feel free to explore and move between them at your own pace. Bring whatever you need to keep the kids happy – snacks, toys, etc. Please bring kids dressed for a mess!
This is a shared, open space, so we ask that little ones are supervised by their guardians at all times and that everyone helps keep the studio a welcoming place for all our guests.
Paint your own pottery will be available at a 15% discount for Toddler Clay participants (parents & children), but is not included in the price of this booking. Pieces purchased at this discounted rate must be painted during the Toddler Clay session. Ask a staff member if you’re interested in painting a piece, and they’ll help you get started! If you do paint pottery, please be aware that it will be about 2-3 weeks before you can pick up the final piece.
