We found Jan through Reddit and are glad we found her for this process. From helping us fine-tune our search, sending and showing us houses, and taking our feedback into what we liked and didn't, in just a few months we found the house. The process felt daunting at first but she helped break each step down and gave us a timeline so it was much more manageable and she was there at each step with great insight, recommendations in contractors to do the inspections and reports. She was there each time someone was inspecting the house or doing work and always kept us up to date and when my schedule caused us to have to push the close up almost two weeks she smoothed the process so it wasn't an issue at all.
