I cannot express how happy we are that we got to work with Jan. We had the daunting task of moving to Washington from another state and Jan's extensive knowledge of the area and her community involvement were pivotal tools for us. The market fluctuated a lot during the time that we were looking for homes and Jan helped us understand what was available to us, providing us with timely updates about the housing market in southern Washington. She had insightful suggestions that illuminated opportunities for us and she was always right there when we needed her. We could tell that we were in capable hands. When we finally came to Washington to look at houses Jan was amazing. We got off the plane and drove straight to the first house that we were looking at and over the next two days Jan showed us over a dozen different houses. She knew a lot about what to look for and she was really fun to be around. In the end, we bought a wonderful house in Vancouver, WA and we cannot thank Jan enough for helping us through the whole process. Things work a little differently here than in our old state so her knowledge was really important to us. Thank you, Jan! We definitely recommend working with her.
