Central Park

West Vancouver • Clark County, WA

Central Park is one of Vancouver historic areas that goes back to Fort Vancouver days. Some of the early homes were built for officers and soldiers that were allowed to live off grounds of Fort Vancouver and some residents were lucky enough to dig up remnants of the past in their own yard. Most homes in this neighborhood were build in the 40s and 50s with a handful going back to 1910 so if you love old vintage charm, this neighborhood is for you!

I also love Central Park for its easy access to nature while being close to city amenities. Right next door is Clark College, Marshall Park, and Fort Vancouver where you’ll have plenty of green spaces to hang out at. There are also trails that connect you to the Waterfront Trail or you can connect to Downtown Vancouver in about 1.5 miles. This neighborhood is where you want to be if you like downtown living without the downtown price tag.
