Countryside Woods

East Vancouver • Clark County, WA

Countryside Woods is one of the "newer" developments in Vancouver. Originally owned by a young German immigrant named John Antone Young in 1889, a collection of homes from 1980s to 2000s now occupy the space. Most of the homes were developed with privacy in mind so you'll see a lot of cul-de-sacs, circles, and looped off streets and most have sidewalks and mature landscaping.
It’s a family-friendly, mostly owner-occupied neighborhood with its own park, a major county park just minutes away, and quick access to Mill Plain shopping and the SR-14 and I-205 commutes. For buyers who want established east-Vancouver living with parks close by, it’s an easy place to like.
