First Place neighborhood is a special little gem in the middle of Vancouver. Developed in the late 90s by the Al Angelo Construction Company, the 100 acres subdivision contains about 300 single family residence. The streets were designed to curve and lined with trees and sidewalks. The custom built neighborhood is set apart from its neighboring subdivision. While Fircrest average homes prices were around $500,000, First Place is a million dollar neighborhood. The streets and lawn are immaculate, the neighbors are friendly, and the Neighborhood Association organize yearly picnics and neighborhood get together.
