Northcrest is a small 1960s neighborhood in the middle of Vancouver. It has easy access to freeways, hospitals, and many restaurants and shops on Mill Plain. Most houses are single story ranch on large quarter acre lots or larger. This is is a quiet neighborhood with many long time residents. Most streets don’t have sidewalks but the mature landscaping gives a feel of ruralness in the middle of the city. Homes along Montana Lane enjoy a special treat of looking over the bluff over the Burnt Bridge Creek and many of the homes get a lovely view of Mount St. Helen.
