About Jan Fogg
Helping others has been at the heart of who I am for as long as I can remember. From volunteering at the library and tutoring younger kids as a child to working in customer service and hospitality as soon as I was old enough, I’ve always thrived on bringing people joy, comfort, and clarity. That passion made real estate feel like a natural next step, and in 2021, I officially stepped into a career that lets me combine service, education, and community every day.
More Than Selling Houses — It’s About Home
For me, real estate is about more than transactions. I want my clients to find a home—a place that feels safe, grounding, and truly theirs. A community that welcomes them. A space where they can grow.
Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers. There are so many moving parts, and it’s easy to feel lost. My mission is to make the process clear, calm, and empowering. I break things down in a way that’s easy to understand, anticipate stress points before they arise, and surround you with a team that shares my commitment to transparency, communication, and care. I want you to enjoy the experience just as much as you love the home you end up in.
Ethics You Can Count On
As a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®, I follow a higher standard of ethics and professionalism. Honesty, fairness, and integrity are non-negotiable for me.
My personal code is simple: everyone deserves to be treated with equal respect.
Real estate should be inclusive—not an experience where one partner gets more attention than the other, or where outdated assumptions or discrimination shape the conversation. With me, you and your partner will always receive the same information at the same time, stay informed throughout every step, and feel heard, valued, and supported.
Community Matters
If you’ve seen me on Reddit—especially in local subreddits like r/vancouverwa and r/camaswashington—you know how much I love sharing resources, answering questions, and helping people understand the market. I regularly post about local events, first-time buyer programs, housing tips, rural property considerations, food support resources, and anything that helps our community stay informed and connected.
Real estate is about people, and Reddit lets me show up as both a neighbor and a professional.
How I Found Home in Vancouver
My husband and I moved here from Long Beach, CA in 2017 after visiting family—and instantly fell in love with the area. We were craving a slower pace, more authenticity, and a place where conversations start with your hobbies instead of your job title. Vancouver gave us that and more. We found our people through board game groups, local makers, and Dungeons & Dragons nights. We fell in love with the nature, the craft beer scene, and the warmth of the community.
That sense of belonging is what I want to help others find, too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Want to know more about me?
What set you apart from other agents?
I put you first and I mean it. Realtors get a bad rep they’re non communicative or greedy. That’s not how I operate my business. I help you make the choices that are best for your needs and wants.
What kind of dogs do you have?
I currently have Kirby who is a 2 year old Pitbull/Lab mix. He is 60 lbs of cuddles and the goofiest dog I’ve ever met. He was found by My Way Home Rescue in the woods in Sandy, OR.
Do you represent sellers?
Of course! Contact me to find out what my marketing plan for your home looks like.
What do people not know about you?
I sit on DOGPAW’s board of directors as their vice president. I create a ton of fun events to bring the community together and fundraise to take care of our needs.
How long have you been in business?
I started in April 2021 and since then I’ve been able to help many people find their home. My background is in customer service so I’m confident that I will be able to guide you through your transaction with ease. My firm is also support by 2 of the best managing brokers in the business who each have been in real estate for longer than I’ve been alive.
What’s my favorite board game?
My current favorite is Betrayal on the House on the Hill. Nothing like seeing the despair in your friends’ eyes as you slowly pick them off one by one!
What's the first thing we need to do to get started?
Get pre-approved for your loan! We would be working with our hands tied behind our backs without it. From there, we’ll set a budget and house criteria and we’re off to the races!
I heard you play Dungeons & Dragons?
Yes I do! I currently play in 2 different campaigns and I will occasionally GM a one shot.
What do you mean by helping me find a community?
I believe that people are happiest at their house when they also love their neighbors and their community. I have extensive knowledge of what goes on in the city and I’m happy to help you find where you can fit in.
In addition to that, I know a lot of business people and can help you find contractors for any job you need.
Where do you hang out?
I LOVE Vault 31 and their nerdy drinks and video games. I hang out in Downtown Vancouver whenever there’s a farmer’s market going on.
