SUPER WOLF FULL MOON GATHERING

Under the glow of the Super Wolf Full Moon, we gather to honor instinct, voice, and belonging. In the heart of winter, the Wolf Moon invites us to remember our wildness to reconnect with our intuition, our senses, our truth, and the pack that walks beside us.

This immersive evening weaves together guided reflection, gentle ritual, and community circle.

You’ll be invited to:

– Ground into stillness through gentle breath, guided meditation, soothing music and aroma

– Reflect on what you’re ready to release and reclaim

– Participate in a fire-safe intention ritual – note, no fire will happen in class.

Awaken your voice with a collective “howl” a call back to your strength and inner knowing

Bring a journal, a water bottle, and something cozy to sit with. All other materials provided.

Leave with a renewed sense of clarity, courage, and connection as we step into the new year beneath the Super Wolf Moon.
